South West Coatings' Polyaspartic Coatings are the toughest floor coatings available, and will retain color and finish integrity for years to come. With superior scratch and wear resistance, the texture and pattern of the flake floor make it a perfect choice to keep your floors at their absolute best. In fact, they’re so durable that you can park your vehicle on them!
Over time, salt and oils work to damage concrete, pitting and degrading the integrity of your floor. Porous concrete is unsightly and difficult to clean. It also breathes, holds moisture, and causes additional mold and damage. Our coatings repels spills including gasoline, oil, paint thinner and other auto fluids, and when exposed to mother nature’s most brutal elements, the floor's smooth glossy shine will look as good as it did the day it was installed. A professionally installed coating from South West Coatings will resist chipping, peeling, or fading, improve the lifespan of your concrete, make it simple to clean, and most importantly,
look amazing!

At South West Coatings, every flooring project begins with the same detailed preparation.
We use a dust-free industrial grinder to prepare your concrete floor. The grinding head consists of incredibly durable, diamond blades that lightly cut your floor’s surface preparing it for maximum adhesion of our new Polyasparatic Coating. During the installation process, cracks and surface voids are filled, and old stains and coatings are removed before any materials and coatings are applied. Optional silica for added traction, and additional clear top coats may be applied.
